Venue Agreement

Last updated: October 18, 2026 · Version 1.2

This agreement is between [NOMBRE Y APELLIDOS DEL TITULAR PENDIENTE] (Kwibli, NIF [NIF PENDIENTE], [DOMICILIO FISCAL PENDIENTE — calle, número, código postal, ciudad, España]) and the business or professional that registers a venue on Kwibli (the "Venue"). It is accepted with the same checkbox as the Terms and Conditions and forms part of them. The Spanish version prevails in case of discrepancy.

1. What this agreement covers

The Venue uses Kwibli to show its page and to take bookings: tables for restaurants, appointments for salons. This agreement says that Kwibli takes those bookings on the Venue's behalf, and on which channels.

It applies to every location the Venue adds to its Kwibli account.

2. What the Venue authorises

The Venue appoints Kwibli to act for it in taking bookings. In particular, Kwibli may:

  • Publish the Venue's name, address, phone, opening hours, menu or services and prices, and its real-time availability.
  • Accept, change and cancel bookings in the Venue's name, following the settings the Venue chooses in its dashboard (opening hours, tables or professionals, confirmation mode, card guarantee).
  • If the Venue switches on a partner channel in the future (section 3), share with that channel only the booking details it needs (date, time, party size or service, and the guest's name and contact details).

3. Where bookings are made

Bookings are made on Kwibli's pages: the venue page, the booking page, the QR codes and the link or widget the Venue puts on its website or social media.

The Venue can put its Kwibli booking link anywhere, including its Google Business Profile. Guests who book through that link book on Kwibli, on the same terms as on any other Kwibli page, including the card guarantee if the Venue has it switched on.

Today Kwibli has no agreement with Google or any other platform to take bookings inside them. If it offers one in the future (a "partner channel"), Kwibli will first tell the Venue the terms of that channel, and the channel will only be switched on for the locations the Venue chooses.

4. What the Venue promises

  • To run the business at the address it gives.
  • To keep its opening hours, tables or professionals, services and prices up to date, so that every time shown as free can really be booked.
  • To honour every booking accepted through Kwibli on any channel or, if it cannot, to cancel it itself as early as possible and tell the guest.
  • To have the right to offer the services it lists and to accept bookings for that location.

5. What Kwibli promises

  • To show the Venue's availability as the Venue sets it, and to record every booking in the Venue's dashboard straight away.
  • To send the guest the booking confirmation and the link to manage or cancel the booking.
  • To help the Venue with booking problems at hello@kwibli.com.

6. Guest data

For bookings, the Venue is the data controller and Kwibli processes guests' data on the Venue's behalf, as set out in clause 11 of the Terms and in the Privacy policy.

7. Fees

This agreement adds no fee. The fees are those in the Terms.

8. Start and end

The agreement starts when the Venue accepts it and lasts while the Venue's account is open.

The Venue can leave a channel at any time by switching it off, and end the agreement by closing its account. Kwibli can end it with 30 days' notice by email, or straight away if the Venue seriously breaches it (for example, by repeatedly not honouring bookings).

Bookings already accepted when a channel is switched off or the agreement ends stay valid: the Venue honours them or cancels them itself and tells the guest.

9. Changes, law and courts

If Kwibli changes this agreement, it will ask the Venue to accept the new version in its dashboard. Everything not covered here follows the Terms, including Spanish law and the courts named there.
